Mark Mattson is the Lake Ontario Waterkeeper and was present at hearings held in Darlington, Ontario for the contentious construction of new nuclear reactors. Just weeks ago, Japan was hit with a massive offshore earthquake and tsunami that led to several meltdowns in nuclear reactors.
